If, after reading the information on our website, you feel that Happy Hill Farm may be a place for your child, please email a request for the password to download the Child Application. Include with this request your name, your telephone number, your address, and a brief history of your child. State that you wish to have the child application password. If appropriate, we will email you a password. Print out the application and completely fill it out.
