Houseparents

Being a houseparent is one of the most difficult, but one of the most rewarding positions on the campus. Houseparents, both married couples and single males or females, live in a 4,000 square foot home, much like a residence you would find in a suburban neighborhood. The couples apartment is large enough for two or three small children of their own. Couples, both those just starting out in their marriage or couples who children are grown and gone, may do well depending on experience, attitude, adaptability, personality, etc. There are eight boys or girls in each house. Though the houseparents are supported by the professional staff -- counselors, coaches, nurses, etc., they become surrogate parents to the children in their home. Houseparent - Singles
We are looking for mature singles, with a heart for hurting and troubled youth, to work in a dynamic ministry that has an enormous impact on the lives of young people. This is a live-in ministry position with a competitive salary, housing provided, utilities paid, and meals furnished while on duty. We offer paid vacation and other generous benefits. There is also the opportunity to be a full-time student while working in this ministry.

Houseparent - Couple
We are looking for couples who are serious about God's call on their lives to make a difference for Christ in the lives of young people. We are a 500 acre farm/campus in the Texas Hill Country which ministers to at-risk children.
