Resident Parents

Being a Resident Parent is one of the most rewarding positions on the campus. Resident Parents, both married couples and single males or females, live in a 4,000 – 5,000 square foot home, much like a residence you would find in a suburban neighborhood. The couple’s apartment is large enough for two or three children of their own. Couples — both those just starting out in their marriage, or couples whose children are grown and gone — may do well, depending on experience, attitude, adaptability, personality, etc. There are up to eight boys or girls in each house. Though the Resident Parents are supported by the professional staff — resident supervisors, the Dean of Students, counselors, coaches, teachers, etc., they become close role models to the students in their home. Resident Parents – Singles
We are looking for mature singles, with a heart for youth, to work in a dynamic ministry that has an enormous impact on the lives of young people. This is a live-in ministry position with a competitive salary, housing provided, utilities paid, and meals furnished while on duty. Paid vacation and other generous benefits are offered. There is also the opportunity to be a full-time student while working as a Resident Parent.

Resident Parents – Couple
We are looking for couples who are serious about God’s call to make a difference in the lives of young people. On the 500-acre farm/campus in the Texas Hill Country, resident parents help minister to students who need the quality and structure of a residential school. This is a live-in position with a competitive salary, housing provided, utilities paid, and meals furnished while on duty. Paid vacation and other generous benefits are offered. There is also the opportunity to be a full-time student while working as a Resident Parent.
