Boarding School Students

Please complete the Student Application, and return it with a current picture of your childand the $60 application fee to Happy Hill Farm Academy.Please download the correct teacher reference form (s) for the age of your child, and forward them to your child’s English and Math teacher to complete.Complete the Student Name, D.O.B., grade, and Parent Signature on the School Records Request form. Submit this form to your child’s school to request records. Applications will not be reviewed until records are received.
